Those websites have an amazing story about people on losing weight, as well as a guideline in achieving the desired weight.
My starting point is 70 kg. I wont target much. just 5kg per month. I hope, by this Raya Aidilfitri, I can have 55kg weight! InsyaAllah. :)))
This also one of my targets during 2013. Wait until end of 2013, to shout, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Right now, I am doing my internship with Crowe Horwath company, located in Megan Avenue 2, near to the landmark of KLCC. With the condition right now, I believe I can success i my diet. Several reason why I say so,
- I am staying with my nice coursemate, ZAGHAAA. She wants to gain weight, and I want to lose weight. So, all the stuff, (food actually) I will pass to her.
- I can cook because I'm not in the hostel. We rent a room, near to Pandan Indah, and this really makes things easier. As this diet requires us not to eat carbs, I can cook a plenty type of eggs, either make is scramble egg, half boiled egg, egg soup (so weird in English), and a lot. I repeat, A LOT.
- The place that I am working, has its own pantry, which I can drink a lot. And go to the toilet frequently. (bonus point)
- I walk to the LRT, and walk from LRT to my office. That one, we can consider as exercise. hohoho
- I have Dzul. a friend of mine. He also diet the same way as I did. Actually, he is the owner of the blog www.taknakgemuk.com. Thanks thanks thanks. :DDD
- I want to show to the people out there, the fat people also can be thin. This one is obvious. Sometimes, we as a cute cute people, down with the people that keep on saying we are fat, not healthy. (of course in my situation, there i not such things because I am confident with myself). I feel pity to the people that have low morale when people not so supportive. We have to stand in our own feet, if we want to success.
I used to have 77kg weight, it is during my 3rd semester. Now, I am competing with my 70kg weight to turn 55kg weight.
So, let's start!! with, Bismillahirahmanirrahimmm :))
Today, 20/02/13, the starting point will be 70kg. (Actually, I diet since Monday, and this morning, the weight scale shown 69kg. hhohohoho ALHAMDULILLAH.
If my weight scale is showing 65kg, I will update the new entry. hohoho I said to Zara, she must see my 60kg weight scale. That one is a must. If I follow this atkins diet precisely, I can loose weight 20kg in 4 months. (if 5kg per month). So, this entire 4 months, we see how.
Keep on praying, for the best. InsyaAllah.
