Me In Diet

It has been a longgg time not in this world of blogging. First of most,

Before we proceed to the main topic, let me tell you that I am in semester break mode. Semester 5 incoming.  *clapping* *hohoho* Because of that, I am taking a challenge to be fit, healthy, cute, adorable? And so on. To make it more interesting, I told my few colleague that I am on diet. Only in this way, all (not all actually) of them know and I will be ashamed if I cannot get in. so, by hook or by crook, (my teacher ask me to include in the essay) it will inspire me a LOT.

 My close friend, we make the pinky promise. I told him that I have to diet. And he gave me full support. I do not know how full it is, but I would thank him so much if I manage to loss weight!! Maybe he will buy me some sort of subway, meatball ikea and burger bakar. I used and. It means that, he will buy me ALL if I succeed. Yayyyy! *clapping again*

I told her that I am diet so that ibu wont interrupt me with food. *laugh* actually, she bought be things, I mean groceries so that I can cook and have the correct ways of diet. I want to thank her so muchhhhhhhh! You are great ibu!

Who else would I thank to? Of course the owner of the blog, Dzul. He is 6months younger than me. But whatever it is, he is the lil brother even though he is BIG enough.  *laugh like a boss*

He guide me in the journey of Atkins diet. So far, okay. If I said so good, I am afraid u guys expecting me in SX size. Hihihi which is a big NOT. Thank you Dzul. He has a blog called, www.taknakgemuk.com

My target would be
In this becoming fasting month, maybe a loss of 6kg.
*will be edited about my target because I’m not sure yet the next phase*


Today, Friday 13th July 2012 is my 17th day of Atkins. If you guys are wondering what is Atkins, just refer to Dzul’s blog. He already wrote a LONGGGG explanations regarding Atkins. I am thinking to do 4 months of Atkins. The reason being is that (my Taxation tutor always use this phrase) I want to have NORMAL BMI. I repeat. NORMAL BMI. Again, NORMAL BMI. Clear on that? Grrrr *I am so brutal youuu*
4months is too long. So I cant predict what will happened next. What I’m sure, Atkins will continued until 29th Ramadhan. After that, I do not know what will happened. *BIG SMILEE*


Half of shrek. grrr! me is like princess fiona. *laughhhh and i will shoot you*
